These don't seem very popular. Has anyone installed a VP D4/D6, FNM or other diesel in a 2858? Does it fit under the cowling? The dimensions I found on-line show that VP/FNM are a few inches shorter from crank center-line than my 496, which barely fits under the lid) Input and experience is appreciated - thanks in advance.
